What you can expect during a counselling session:
When starting your counselling journey, there will be an initial assessment to help us understand and establish the reason for attending counselling. During this assessment we will focus on your background, personal history and any other psychosocial issues that may be impacting on your current challenges. In addition, what future sessions would entail and your commitment to the process will also be discussed, as well as frequency of counselling sessions.
Each session is between 50-60 minutes.
